It’s Crayfish season on King Island

Every day the fishing boats arrive at the King Island Jetty to unload their burgeoning holds that are just loaded with Bass Strait crays.

From there they are sent to their markets either alive or pre-cooked.

But the best part is that some remain on King Island for local consumption … mmm!
